We’ve worked a long time on perfecting some awesome creations.  We hope you’ll enjoy them as much as we do.  Don’t worry, we didn’t forget about some of the classics!

When you’re constructing your pizza don’t forget that a little goes a long way!  With our design each slice will quickly become very filling.  Don’t add in so much the individual slices collapse in on themselves.

Any items that have high liquid content need to be strained off as to avoid a soggy pizza.  We also recommend any meats be fully cooked before adding them.  Be creative, go wild, experiment but be frugal.

Spicy Goat

Base Sauce: Red or white sauce

Filling: Peppery arugula, goat cheese chunks, purple onions, julienned granny smith apples

Top it off: Mozzarella cheese

Before Serving: Caramelized onions, spicy sweet drizzle (spicy teriyaki, chili garlic honey)

 

Chicken Cheesesteak

Base Sauce: Red or BBQ

Filling: Shaved beef or chicken, pepper blend (bell, ancho, Anaheim), white onions, mushrooms

Top it off: Mozzarella with a layer of provolone or swiss

 

Greek Gyro

Base Sauce: White sauce or basil/tarragon pesto

Filling: Bought or home-made gyro meat (crisp it up first), yellow onions, 

Top it off: Mozzarella cheese and crispy fries

Before Serving: Tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomato

 

Chicken Caprese

Base Sauce: White sauce

Filling: Fresh sliced mozzarella, fresh basil chiffonade, fresh tomatoes (try heirloom), minced garlic

Top it off: Light dusting of mozzarella cheese

Before Serving:  Balsamic vinegar reduction

 

Meat Lovers

Base Sauce: Red sauce

Filling: Your choice of chopped grilled chicken, crumbled hamburger, Italian sausage, pepperoni, salami, Canadian bacon.  Your choices!

Top it off: Mozzarella cheese

 

Chicken Bacon BBQ

Base Sauce: Spicy BBQ

Filling: Chopped grilled chicken, crumbled cooked bacon, mushrooms, yellow onions

Top it off: Mozzarella cheese

Before serving: BBQ drizzle, pickled onions
