The core of our business started with a simple idea – a low carb lifestyle. We don’t like the word “diet” and vehemently refuse to use it. A product that frees up choices and allows the freedom to still enjoy one of life’s simple pleasures that brings people together. Pizza!
Don’t underestimate the power invention – a pizza crust made from chicken? YES! It’s a thin crust, protein packed marvel that gives you the freedom to enjoy a multitude of selections with none of the trade offs! We do not use any starches that result in carbs in our products – the only trace amounts are those that appear already or naturally in our product.
We aim for less than 2 grams for an entire crust so you can add in other toppings that have them such as tomatoes, onions and in some of our recipe suggestions beans or tortilla chips.

We consistently strive for a 0 carb total in our products. The less is better and we’re not talking “net” zero – we mean zero! Since the base of our crusts is chicken and dairy that means our crusts are also gluten free!
